Signs to watch for

  • Sadness, worry, or anger that does not go away.
  • Trouble sleeping even when the baby sleeps.
  • Feeling disconnected from your baby.
  • Scary thoughts that will not stop. Tell your doctor; help works.

Getting care

  • Tell your OB, midwife, or your baby's doctor. They can screen and refer.
